Located on the border between Mortsel and Boechout, we find this iconic building. The property has a rich and beautiful history. In 1897, Mr. Charles Hessels founded the building. A few decades later, the brewery came into the hands of the Van Rijswijck family. It is the granddaughter of Ernest Van Rijswijck who has now decided to give the brewery a new life and convert it into multiple residential units.
The brewery is being transformed into 3 unique lofts, all between 150m2 and 170m2, with a terrace and a beautiful green park view. Above-ground parking spaces will be available, as well as cellar storage and bicycle parking.
