Today, Marc Fransen, former news anchor at ATV, kicked off a new real estate story in the city. After a short speech, he cut the green ribbon and officially opened the new habicom office at Paleisstraat 2. From now on, everyone can come here with their housing wishes and real estate questions.
'We would have preferred to celebrate this opening in a grand way, but unfortunately that is not possible due to corona,' explains manager Naranjo Decamps, 'however, we still want to let everyone know that they are very welcome here: for a look at our housing offer, advice on everything related to real estate, or just to get acquainted.'
'It has been a dream for a long time to also open a habicom office in the city,' Naranjo continues, 'we found the ideal location and the ideal building in the shadow of the old Palace of Justice on the corner of Paleisstraat and Anselmostraat.'
Habicom transformed the building, formerly occupied by the shoe store Monar, into a charming and inviting real estate office. You can visit from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6 pm. The office is open on Saturdays from 10 am to 12 pm.
